Celaine E. Moreno, NMD

Dr. Celaine Moreno is a native Phoenician with a lot of love for this sunny city. She graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and started a very fulfilling career serving children with behavioral health needs. She saw first hand the need for proper patient education and access to exceptional health care. She took it upon herself to leave the workforce and seek higher educational training in order to fulfill this missing role in behavioral health. She graduated with honors from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences with her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Moreno’s passion for medicine continued to grow after the birth of her first son and discovering first hand the importance of a strong family unit.

Dr. Moreno is co-founder of Raíces Naturopathic Medical Center. She focuses on family medicine, treating pediatrics through geriatrics with an emphasis on mental/emotional and behavioral health. She enjoys working alongside parents to improve children's behavior and mental/emotional health. As a mother herself she realizes the importance of women in the family unit and the need for self-care. She believes women are the roots of a strong family tree, therefore she seeks to empower women to take charge of their health and be the example for generations to follow.

She enjoys helping patients prevent disease and manage chronic disease through lifestyle changes including healing the spirit, mind, and body. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys any chance she can to practice her native tongue!

When she is not too busy taking care of patients she enjoys spending time with her significant other and two boys. She enjoys whipping together delicious family meals and being outdoors enjoying Arizona's various mountainous terrains.
