Dr. Ana Lara, NMD

Dr. Lara is the founder of Raíces Naturopathic Medical Center, PLLC in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Lara takes an interest in treating the whole person, not just treating symptoms. She uses the most effective natural treatments in conjunction with the latest medical research. Her practice focus includes family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, clinical nutrition, metabolic disorders, pain management, mental/emotional conditions, endocrine disorders, neurological disorders and chronic and autoimmune diseases. She is an expert in preventing and treating Type II diabetes and thyroid disorders.

Dr. Ana Lara knows first hand what chronic disease can do to one’s quality of life, which is why she is passionate about disease prevention and reversing disease. As a wife and mother, she knows how much women tend to over commit and focus least on their own personal health. This is why Dr. Lara reaches out to women and empowers them to take control of their life and health, so they can build healthier and happier families by engaging all members of the family.
